A partner colourway is a production programme, not a mood board. Every stage is defined, from palette and tooling to sampling, allocation and delivery.

Ten weeks, five stages.
- 01Week 1
Palette lock
You send colour references — Pantone, hex or a kit photo. We return a two- or three-colour palette matched to our pigment library, with a physical colour chip set posted within five working days.
- 02Week 2
Panel design
Our studio lays your palette onto the panel architecture: channel lines, panel blocks, wordmark placement and any approved graphic. You get flat artwork plus a 3D render from three angles.
- 03Weeks 3–5
Sample round
Two physical samples per colourway, made on the production tooling — not a mockup. One round of revisions is included; further rounds run at £180 per sample set.
- 04Weeks 6–9
Numbered run
Sign-off locks the run size. Every ball is laser-marked with its edition number and a serial that resolves on our public verification page.
- 05Week 10
Delivery & merchandising
Palletised delivery to your DC or stores, with the retail kit — packaging, POS, cutouts and vertical video — handed over two weeks before ship date.

- 500 units per colourway (250 on numbered limited editions)
- Lead time
- 8–10 weeks from palette lock to delivery, 6 weeks on repeat runs
- Colours
- Up to three custom colours plus one metallic or glow accent
- Marking
- Laser edition number, serial code and partner mark on panel four
- Sampling
- Two physical samples included; £180 per additional set
- Sizes
- Full size grid available on football, basketball and volleyball
- Territory
- Exclusive colourway rights for 12 months in agreed territory
- Artwork
- Partner supplies vector marks; SWERVE supplies panel architecture
